The DinamicOR team recently returned from the ASCA + SAMBA 2026 Conference & Expo in Washington, DC, energized by the conversations, connections, and enthusiasm surrounding the future of ambulatory surgery centers.
As one of the premier events in the ASC industry, ASCA brought together clinical leaders, administrators, surgeons, and industry partners from across the country to discuss the challenges and opportunities shaping surgical care. Throughout the conference, one theme remained consistent: the need for smarter, more efficient systems that help surgical teams do more with less.

A Strong Turnout for OR Efficiency
One of the highlights of the event was a well-attended presentation by DinamicOR CEO Jeff Gerstner focused on OR efficiency and the growing importance of system-based approaches to improving surgical workflows.
The discussion explored how standardization, visibility, and repeatability can help surgery centers reduce delays, improve staff onboarding, and create more consistent surgical environments. The strong turnout and engagement reinforced what we’re hearing across the industry: healthcare leaders are actively seeking practical solutions that improve operations without compromising patient care.
Showcasing the DinamicOR System with McKesson

Throughout the event, attendees had the opportunity to experience the DinamicOR Suite of Solutions firsthand and talk with both the DinamicOR team and representatives from McKesson.
Many conversations centered around common challenges facing today’s surgical teams, including staffing shortages, turnover efficiency, onboarding new personnel, and maintaining consistency across multiple surgeons and specialties.
By combining an adjustable multi-tiered back table, durable surface-mapped drape, and workflow management app, the DinamicOR system provides a comprehensive approach to OR organization that supports both clinical and operational goals.
Attendees were particularly interested in how the system helps reduce unnecessary movement, improve instrument visibility, and create repeatable setups that support smoother procedures from start to finish.
Continuing the Conversation
ASCA provided another valuable opportunity to connect directly with ASC leaders who are focused on improving efficiency, consistency, and surgical performance.
The conversations throughout the conference reinforced what we continue to see across the industry: facilities are looking for practical solutions that help teams work smarter, reduce variability, and create more predictable surgical workflows.
Thank You
We would like to thank everyone who attended Jeff’s presentation and took the time to learn more about DinamicOR.
The conversations we had at ASCA continue to reinforce our mission: helping surgical teams work more efficiently so they can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Next up, the DinamicOR team will be heading to Becker’s 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic & Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11–13, 2026, at the Swissôtel Chicago.
We’re looking forward to continuing the conversation with surgeons, ASC leaders, and clinical teams about the future of OR efficiency, workflow standardization, and smarter surgical systems. If you’ll be attending Becker’s, be sure to connect with us and see how the DinamicOR Suite of Solutions is helping facilities improve visibility, consistency, and performance across every case.
